reEntase

About a month ago we shipped a rebuilt version of the Entase public catalog — the front-facing side of the platform that ticket buyers use to discover and book events. The update brings a stronger discovery experience, smarter assistance, a refined checkout, and improvements across the public-facing parts of Entase.

Semantic search

Search across the Entase catalog is now powered by vector-based semantic search. Instead of relying primarily on keyword overlap, it considers the meaning and context behind a search and matches it against event content.

This makes discovery more flexible without sacrificing relevance. A search for "outdoor jazz evening", for example, can surface suitable events even when that exact phrase never appears in their titles or descriptions.

Improved AI support

The catalog now includes AI-assisted support for attendees. Common questions about accessing tickets, getting refunds, or finding organizer contact details are handled faster, with less friction for the buyer and fewer support messages landing in your inbox.

Better ways to explore

Alongside search, the catalog now gives buyers more structured ways to discover events by category and city. Events are placed into the appropriate browsing sections automatically based on their category and location.

There is nothing additional to configure, but keeping these details accurate helps Entase present your events in the most relevant places throughout the catalog.

Better checkout experience

The checkout flow has been refined across the board. The changes are incremental rather than a full redesign, but collectively they reduce friction at the point of purchase. If you embed the checkout on your own website using the Entase JavaScript client, buyers there benefit from the same improvements.

Refined organizer profiles

Public organizer profiles have received a visual and structural refresh, making it easier for buyers to understand who is behind an event and explore what else they organize.

Profiles bring together your profile photo, cover image, description, social links, and upcoming events in a cleaner public-facing experience.

If you have not reviewed yours recently, the Public profile settings article walks through every field. The Setting up your public profile guide covers the full setup flow from scratch.

Brand new knowledge base with AI assistance

The knowledge base itself was rebuilt alongside the catalog. It now includes AI-assisted search, so buyers and organizers can ask questions in plain language and get to the right article faster.

Most of these improvements are automatic — your events are already benefiting from them. It is worth reviewing your public profile and making sure your event categories and locations are accurate, as these details now play a bigger role in how your events are presented and discovered across Entase.
