Withdrawing funds moves your available wallet balance to a linked bank account. Only users with the Administrator role can initiate withdrawals — Moderators do not have this permission.
Before you start
You need at least one withdraw method (bank account) saved in your organization settings. To add one, go to Ecommerce settings and add a bank account under the withdraw methods section.
How to withdraw funds
- Open the Balance & Payouts section from the main navigation.
- Locate the wallet you want to withdraw from.
- Click the Withdraw button next to the available balance.
- In the withdrawal form:
- Select the bank account you want to receive the funds.
- Enter the amount you wish to withdraw (must not exceed your available balance).
- Review the details and confirm the withdrawal.
Once confirmed, the withdrawal request is submitted. Processing times depend on your bank and payment provider.
Notes
- Only your available balance can be withdrawn. Funds that are pending or on hold are not eligible until they clear.
- Once a withdrawal is confirmed, a withdraw transaction is recorded in the Transactions log.
- If no bank accounts appear in the withdrawal form, return to Settings → Ecommerce and add a withdraw method first.
- If the Withdraw button is not visible, your account role is likely Moderator. Contact an Administrator in your organization to perform the withdrawal.
