Ecommerce settings

Configure your customer support details, checkout policy, billing information, and payout bank accounts from the Ecommerce settings tab.

description View as Markdown

The Ecommerce tab in your organization settings controls four areas that affect how customers experience your sales flow and how payouts are handled: customer support information, your internal rules policy, billing information, and withdraw methods.

To open these settings, navigate to Settings and select the Ecommerce tab.

Customer support information

This section lets you provide contact details that are shared with customers on their orders — for example, on confirmation emails and order pages. Customers use these details to reach you if they have questions about a booking.

  • Email (required) — your primary support email address. This field must be filled in before you can save the tab.
  • Phone — an optional support phone number.
  • Website — a link to your organization's website.
  • Social networks — links to your social media profiles (add as many as are relevant).

Fill in at least the email address, then add any optional fields you want customers to see.

Internal rules policy

The rules policy is a block of text you write yourself. It is displayed at checkout and customers must agree to it before completing a purchase.

Use this section to communicate:

  • Ticket exchange and refund conditions
  • Age restrictions or entry requirements
  • Any venue-specific terms

To set it up:

  1. Click on the Change button in the Policies → Internal rules section.
  2. Write or paste your policy text int he loaded editor. Basic formatting is supported.
  3. Save your changes.

Once saved, the policy appears in the aggreement step in the checkout.

Billing information

Billing information contains the invoice details associated with your organization — such as your legal name, address, tax ID, and any other fields required for issuing or receiving invoices.

Keep this information accurate and up to date, as it is used on financial documents generated by the platform.

Withdraw methods

Withdraw methods are the bank accounts to which your sales revenue is paid out. You can register one or more accounts.

To add a bank account:

  1. Click Add new withdraw method in the Withdraw methods section.
  2. Fill in the required bank account details. Depending on the region you will see different firlds like account holder, routing number, IBAN, etc.
  3. Save the entry.

Withdrawal methods can’t be edited after they’re added. If you need to update your bank account, simply delete the existing method and add a new one.

Note: Make sure your bank account details are correct before requesting a payout. Incorrect details may delay transfers.
