You can open your tickets from the action button in your booking confirmation email.
- Open your booking confirmation email.
- Select the action button after the receipt to access your tickets.
- On the tickets page, choose one of the available options:
- Add your tickets to Apple Wallet.
- Add your tickets to Google Wallet.
- Download your tickets as a PDF.

Can I show my barcode from my phone?
Yes. Your digital ticket on your phone is accepted.
I purchased multiple tickets but only have one QR code
Online bookings are normally issued as a single ticket with one QR code, grouped by sector or ticket type. This is by design, not an error.
At the door, the organizer's validation tool lets staff check in seats individually. Members of your group can arrive separately and have their seats scanned using the same QR code. The ticket is only fully invalidated once the last seat on it has been scanned.
I entered the wrong email address on my order. Can I change it?
