Verifying your email address confirms that you own the address registered to your account. When verification is required, Entase sends a 6-digit code to your registered email address — enter that code to complete the process.
When verification is triggered
You may be asked to verify your email address when you:
- Sign up for a new account
- Change the email address on your account
- Log in from a new device or location
Steps to verify your email
- Check your inbox for an email from Entase. The subject line will indicate that it contains your verification code.
- Open the email and note the 6-digit verification code.
- Return to the verification screen in Entase and type the code into the Verification code field.
- Click Verify to confirm.
Your account is now verified and you can continue using Entase normally.
Didn't receive the code?
- Check your spam or junk folder. Automated emails can occasionally be filtered.
- Wait a moment. Delivery can take up to a few minutes depending on your email provider.
- Request a new code. On the verification screen, click Resend code to send a fresh code to your registered email address. The previous code becomes invalid as soon as a new one is issued.
Code expired or invalid
Each code is valid for a limited time. If you see an error stating the code is expired or invalid:
- Click Resend code to generate a new one.
- Enter the new code promptly before it expires.
Still having trouble?
Make sure the email address shown on the verification screen is correct. If it is wrong, go back and correct your email address before requesting a new code. If the problem persists, contact Entase support for assistance.
