Work with statistics

A tour of every tab in the Statistics section, including channel summaries, table breakdowns, exports, and cross-tab filters.

description View as Markdown

The Statistics section is divided into six tabs. Each tab focuses on a different dimension of your sales data, but they all share the same dataset — clicking an eligible name, date, code, or channel summary applies a cross-tab filter that instantly narrows every other tab to match. This lets you drill into, say, a single coupon code and immediately see its revenue chart, top events, and operator breakdown without leaving the section. For the general filters that apply to the Statistics page, see Statistics overview.

Channel revenue summaries

Between the top controls and the tab menu, three summary boxes show revenue by channel: Total, Online, and Box Office. Each box displays the channel name, order count, and total revenue in the selected currency.

Click a box to select it and filter data across all Statistics tabs to that channel.

Common

The Common tab is your high-level overview.

  • Revenue chart — plots gross revenue over time as a single line. Use the grouping controls to switch the time axis between daily, weekly, and monthly buckets. The chart responds to the filters you apply elsewhere in Statistics.
  • Channels and operators donut — shows the share of orders that came through each sales channel and each operator. The donut is for viewing the breakdown only; clicking a slice or legend label does not filter Statistics.
  • Payment methods — a table showing Payment Method, Orders, and Revenue. It includes only payment methods that have been used: Box Office, Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and EasyPay.
  • Conversions heat map — visualises order volume by day of week and hour of day. Darker cells mean more conversions in that slot, helping you spot peak booking windows.

Events

The Events tab ranks your events by sales performance in a table with Event Title, Start Date, Orders, Revenue, and an action button.

  • Click an event title to apply a cross-tab filter for all dates under that event title.
  • Click a start date to filter all tabs to that specific event date only.
  • Applied filters appear at the top left of Statistics. Click the X on a filter to remove it.
  • Use the Export button at the top right of the table to export the table as CSV or PDF.
  • Click for an event to open a popbox with a breakdown by price category, so you can see which ticket tier drove the most revenue within that event. The popbox has its own Export button for CSV or PDF.

Tips & tricks

The following tips can help you get to the data you need more quickly.

The fastest way to see event revenue

  1. Select Program from the main menu.
  2. Find the scheduled event. Use the filter at the top to switch to past events if needed.
  3. Click on that item.
  4. Click Statistics.

This opens the Statistics section with the selected scheduled event already applied as a filter and no period filter.

Filter by multiple events

  1. Click on the in the top-right corner.
  2. In the filter popbox, select the events you want to include.
  3. Apply the filter to update all Statistics tabs.

Don’t forget to adjust the period filter to include the dates you’re interested in. Otherwise, you may only see partial data.

Operators

The Operators tab lists every operator (staff member or sales point) who has processed orders in a table with Operator, Channel, Orders, Revenue, and an action button.

  • Click an operator name to apply a cross-tab filter for that operator's sales only — useful for auditing a specific box-office agent or partner outlet.
  • Use the Export button at the top right of the table to export the table as CSV or PDF.
  • Click for an operator to open a popbox with a breakdown by price category. Use the Export button in the popbox to export the breakdown as CSV or PDF.

Segments

The Segments tab groups sales by the audience or pricing segments you have defined. Its table shows Segment, Code, Channel, Orders, Revenue, and an action button.

  • Click a segment name to apply a cross-tab filter for that segment.
  • Use the Export button at the top right of the table to export the table as CSV or PDF.
  • Click for a segment to open a popbox with a breakdown by price category. Use the Export button in the popbox to export the breakdown as CSV or PDF.

Coupons

The Coupons tab shows every coupon code that has been redeemed in a table with Coupon, Orders, Revenue, and an action button.

  • Click a coupon code to apply a cross-tab filter for orders that used that code — handy for measuring the impact of a promotion.
  • Use the Export button at the top right of the table to export the table as CSV or PDF.
  • Click for a coupon to open a popbox with a breakdown by price category. Use the Export button in the popbox to export the breakdown as CSV or PDF.

Fprint

The Fprint tab is available only when the Fiscal Printing extension is enabled for your account. It lists fiscal receipts that have been issued, with status, timestamp, and linked order details. Use this tab to verify receipt issuance and reconcile fiscal records with your sales data.

Cross-tab filtering

You can apply cross-tab filters by clicking event titles, start dates, operator names, segment names, coupon codes, or the Total, Online, and Box Office channel revenue summary boxes. The filter persists as you switch between tabs, so every tab reflects the selected subset of data.

Active filters appear at the top left of the Statistics section. Click the X on a filter to remove it individually. The Channels and operators donut and its legend entries do not trigger cross-tab filters.
