If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it in a few steps — no need to contact support.
Request a password reset link
- Go to the Entase sign-in page.
- Click Forgot password? below the password field.
- Enter the email address associated with your account and click Send reset link.
- Check your inbox for an email from Entase with the subject Reset your password. The email arrives within a few minutes; if you don't see it, check your spam or junk folder.
Set a new password
- Open the reset email and click the Reset password button (or copy and paste the link into your browser).
The link is valid for 60 minutes. If it has expired, repeat the steps above to request a new one.
- On the reset page, enter your new password in the New password field.
- Re-enter it in the Confirm new password field.
- Click Save new password.
You will be signed in automatically and taken to your dashboard.
Tips for a strong password
Entase doesn’t enforce strict password requirements, but following these best practices will help keep your account secure.
- Use at least 8 characters.
- Mix uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
- Avoid reusing passwords from other services.
