The Events tab in your Balance section gives you a per-event breakdown of online revenue and shows whether each event's transactions are released or unreleased. This helps you see which money is on its way to your wallets and which is still being held.
What you'll see
When you open Balance → Events, you see every event with online revenue from at least one confirmed online order. For each event, the tab displays:
- Total online revenue — the cumulative amount collected through confirmed online ticket sales for that event.
- Release state — whether the event's transactions are released or unreleased, indicated by the row background.
Understanding release status
As in Transactions, the row background indicates whether an event's transactions have been released:
- A gray row means the transactions are unreleased. Funds are held until the release conditions for that event are met, typically after the event takes place or a scheduled release date is reached.
- A white row means the transactions are released. The funds have been sent to your wallets and should be reflected in your wallet balance.
How to use the Events tab
- Go to Balance in the main navigation.
- Select the Events tab.
- Review the events and their corresponding total online revenue.
- Use the row background to identify events with released transactions (white) and unreleased transactions (gray).
Tips
- Use this tab to reconcile expected income by comparing the total online revenue shown here with the amounts that have arrived in your wallets.
- If an event has a white row but you have not yet seen the funds in your wallet, allow for any processing time your payment provider requires.
- Every event with online revenue from at least one confirmed online order appears in this tab. Events with no online revenue do not appear.
