Team management overview

Learn how to add team members to your partner profile, remove them, and change their roles from the Team page.

description View as Markdown

The Team page shows every person who has access to your partner profile and lets you control what each person can do. From here you can invite new members, update their roles, and remove access when needed.

Viewing your team

Open the Team page from your partner profile's main navigation. Each row shows a team member's name, email address, and current role.

Adding a team member

  1. On the Team page, click to open the invitation form.
  2. Enter the person's email address.
  3. Select the role you want to assign them (see Roles below).
  4. Confirm the invitation. The person receives an email with a link to accept and join your profile.

Until they accept, their status appears as Pending.

Changing a member's role

  1. Find the team member in the list.
  2. Open the Role dropdown on their row.
  3. Select the new role. The change takes effect immediately — no confirmation step is required.

Removing a team member

  1. Find the team member you want to remove.
  2. Click on the remove button on their row. The member loses access to your partner profile straight away.

Note: You cannot remove yourself from the team. Ask another team member with sufficient permissions to do this if needed.

Roles

Each role controls what a team member can see and do inside your partner profile. When adding or editing a member, choose the role that matches the level of access they need:

  • Administrator — has full access to your partner profile.
  • Moderator — has full access except to Settings and withdrawals.
  • Cashier — can make box-office sales and access statistics, coupons, and price policies.
  • Usher — can validate tickets only.

Assign the least permissive role that still lets the person do their job; see Roles and permissions for the complete breakdown.
