Statistics overview

Learn what the Statistics page includes, how to use its top controls and currency view, and how to share statistics.

description View as Markdown

The Statistics page gives you a real-time view of your sales performance. Figures update continuously as orders come in, so you always see the current state of your revenue, ticket counts, and order activity — no manual refresh needed.

What data is included

Statistics include orders in these statuses:

  • Confirmed — completed orders that count toward your revenue.
  • Canceled — orders canceled after being placed; these are shown separately so you can track their effect on performance.

The data does not include Pending, Unconfirmed or Refunded orders.

Filters and controls

The main controls are at the top of the page.

On the top left, you can see any active cross-tab filters. These filters are applied when you select active elements within the Statistics tabs. Each filter has an X icon that you can use to remove it.

On the top right are the general controls. From right to left, they are:

  1. Period filter — choose a predefined period such as This week or Last month. To choose a different date range, select Custom as the last option, then use the calendar that opens to choose the period.
  2. Currency display — choose the currency in which to display reports.
  3. Events filter — click to open a popbox where you can select multiple events to include.
  4. Share — click to open the share popbox. For details, see Sharing statistics.

Note: The default period is the last 30 days. If an event has been on sale for longer, its revenue may appear truncated until you choose a wider period.

These top controls provide general filters. Individual Statistics tabs also offer additional ways to filter data; see Work with statistics for details.

Currency display

All data is reported in the selected currency. If your data includes events in a different currency, their amounts are converted to the selected currency using the latest exchange rates set by the European Central Bank.

Sharing statistics

You can share statistics in three ways:

  • Co-host access — when an event is shared with a co-host, the co-host has full access to that event's statistics. See Co-hosting an event.
  • Shareable link — generate a private shareable link so external people can access the current statistics view. See Sharing statistics.
  • CSV or PDF export — export statistics data for sharing or archiving. See Work with statistics.
