Public profile settings

Learn how to publish your organizer profile and configure its description, profile photo, cover photo, and social media photo from the Public Profile tab.

description View as Markdown

Your public profile is the page that ticket buyers see when they look up your organization. From the Public Profile tab in your settings you can control whether the profile is live, how it reads, and how it looks.

Opening the Public Profile tab

  1. Go to Settings in the main navigation.
  2. Select the Public profile tab.

Publishing or unpublishing your profile

At the top of the tab you'll find the Publish toggle.

  • On (Published) — your profile is publicly visible and discoverable by ticket buyers.
  • Off (Unpublished) — your profile is hidden from the public. Existing links to it will not resolve.

Toggle it on when you're ready to go live, or off if you need to temporarily hide your presence.

Description

The Description field is a free-text area where you introduce your organization to visitors.

  1. Click the Change button next to the Description field.
  2. Write a clear, engaging summary of who you are and what kind of events you run.
  3. Save your changes.

Keep it concise — a few sentences to a short paragraph works best.

Profile photo

The organizer's primary image. Displayed in a circular format on the public profile, in listings, and wherever the organizer is presented.

  1. Click on the profile photo section to add it.
  2. Select a square image (recommended minimum 600 × 600 px, ration 1:1) in JPG or PNG format.
  3. Crop or reposition if prompted, then confirm.

Cover photo

Wide image displayed at the top of the public profile behind the profile photo and the organizer's name.

  1. Click on the cover photo image to add it.
  2. Use a landscape image (recommended minimum 1440 × 533 px) in JPG or PNG format.
  3. Adjust the crop if prompted, then confirm.

Social media photo

Image optimized for sharing the profile on social media and other communication channels. Used to generate share previews.

  1. Click on the social media image section to add it.
  2. Use an image sized 1920 × 1080 px, (standard Open Graph ratio) in JPG or PNG format.
  3. Confirm the upload.

If no social media photo is set, platforms will typically fall back to your profile photo or a generic placeholder.

Replace or delete existing photo

To replace or delete an existing photo, click on the current image.

Recrop or reposition

You can recrop or reposition the image using the original full uploaded photo.

Delete or replace

Click the Delete button in the bottom-left corner of the box. The old photo will be deleted. You can then leave it removed or upload a new one. Click Save when ready.

New photo settings are saved only when you click the Save button. To revert any changes, click Cancel while the photo settings box is open.
