Prepare the seating chart and ticket template you need before scheduling a seated or ticketed event. Both assets can be reused across multiple events.
Seating charts
A stage, or seating chart, is the layout you use to organize seats and ticket price categories for a seated event.
- Open Stages.
- Create a chart in the Stage Builder.
- Add the layout elements you need, including seats, regions, sectors, and labels.
- Save the chart with its venue location.
Sectors are important because they visually organize the chart and create the ticket price categories for a scheduled event. Learn more in Sectors explained.
Ticket templates
Ticket templates define the ticket customers receive. You can reuse a template for multiple events.
- Open Tickets.
- Build the template in the Ticket Builder.
- Configure the ticket content and appearance, such as text placeholders, a barcode, an image, and print settings.
- Save the template when it is ready to use.
