About Stages

Stages are seating charts in Entase. Open Stages from the main menu to view all seating charts that have been added to your account.

The page lists your existing stages. Select a stage item to open it in the Stage Builder and edit the chart.

Create a seating chart

To create a brand-new seating chart, click in the top-right corner of the Stages page. This opens the Stage Builder for a new chart.

Copy a stage

Use the copy action on a stage in the list to duplicate that seating chart.

The new chart's Stage name starts with the prefix (Copy). Remove this prefix when you edit the chart, because the stage name is shown to customers. Use the Note field for notes about why you created the copy instead.

Delete a stage

Use the delete action on a stage in the list to remove the seating chart.

Events use their own copy of the seating chart. Deleting a stage therefore does not affect events that already use it; those events continue to sell as usual.
