Archiving and unarchiving an event

Archive old events to hide them from the default Events view and the Program scheduling dropdown, then unarchive them when needed.

description View as Markdown

Archive an old event to remove it from the default Events view and from the Events dropdown when you schedule items in the Program.

Archive an event

  1. On the Events page, find the event you want to archive.
  2. Click the archive button below the event item.
    Archived events are hidden from:
  3. The default view of the Events section.
  4. The Events dropdown when you add items to the Program.

You cannot schedule an archived event in the Program.

Archiving does not affect dates that are already scheduled in the Program. To hide upcoming dates, cancel the scheduled event separately.

Unarchive an event

  1. On the Events page, select the Archived filter.
  2. Find the event.
  3. Click the un-archive button below the event item.
