Sending a message to the event audience

Send a message

You can contact the audience for a scheduled event from the Program. Go to Program, find the scheduled event, open its actions menu with , and click Send message. For the complete list of actions available for a scheduled event, see Program event actions and settings.

1. Enter your message.
2. Send the message.

Who receives the message

The message is sent to customers with confirmed bookings for the event.

The exception is a booking canceled because the event was canceled: those customers are eligible to receive the message.

Anonymous box office orders

Anonymous box office orders without an email address cannot receive a notification. They remain without a notification even when the booking is otherwise eligible.
