Exporting the guest list from the Program

Download the full guest list for a scheduled event from the Program as a PDF or CSV file.

Download the full guest list for a scheduled event from the Program. Go to Program, find the scheduled event, open , and select Guest list. For the complete list of actions available for a scheduled event, see Program event actions and settings.

Export the guest list

  1. In the Guest list view, choose the export format:
    • PDF to download the guest list as a PDF file.
    • CSV to download the guest list as a CSV file.
  2. If you choose CSV, select a delimiter:
    • Comma (default)
    • Semicolon
    • Tab
    • Pipe
    • Colon
  3. Click Export.

The export contains the full guest list for the selected scheduled event.

Choose a CSV delimiter

Use the delimiter that works with the application or regional settings you use to open CSV files. Comma is selected by default; if commas are used as decimal separators in your locale, another delimiter such as Semicolon may be more suitable.
