Generate a shareable link to any statistics view so colleagues, partners, or stakeholders can see exactly the data you see.
Create a shareable link
- Open Statistics from the main menu.
- Set the exact filters you want to share. Use the period, events, and currency controls described in Statistics overview.
- Click
at the top right. - In the dialog that opens, use the Create link tab. The dialog also includes a Shared links tab for managing existing links.
The Filter section lists the filters currently applied to the statistics view. Review them to make sure the shared view shows the data you intend.
Under the link settings, complete the following fields:
- Link name: Enter a name to help you identify the link later, such as
Q1 reportorACME corp. The name is for internal reference only and is not shown in the shared view. - Expiration date: Optionally set a date when the link should expire. By default, the link has no expiration date and remains available until you delete it manually.
Click Copy link. Entase generates the shareable link and copies it to your clipboard. You are then redirected to the Shared links tab, where the new link appears.
Access and manage shared links
- Open Statistics from the main menu.
- Click
at the top right. - Select the Shared links tab.
The list shows all active links, their names, and the team member who created each link. For each link, you can use the following actions:
- Open: Opens the link in a new tab.
- Copy: Copies the link to your clipboard.
- Delete: Deletes the link.
Note: Links with an expiration date are deleted automatically when they expire.
