Integrations and checkout customization

Configure tracking pixels, checkout branding, trusted origins, and payment methods from the Integrations tab in your organization settings.

description View as Markdown

The Integrations tab in your organization settings lets you connect analytics tools, brand the checkout experience, control cross-window communication, and choose which payment methods are available to buyers.

To open it, go to Settings → Integrations.

Tracking pixels

Meta Pixel

Enter your Meta Pixel ID to fire standard Meta events (PageView, InitiateCheckout, Purchase, and others) during the checkout flow. Paste the numeric ID only — no script tags.

Google Tag Manager

Enter your GTM Container ID (format: GTM-XXXXXXX) to load your GTM container inside the checkout. Once loaded, all tags and triggers you configure in GTM fire normally.

Server-side tracking

The Server-side tracking toggle is on by default. When enabled, key conversion events are sent from Entase's servers instead of the browser, improving accuracy when ad blockers or browser restrictions prevent client-side events from firing. Turn it off only if your setup requires client-side-only data.

Checkout branding

Checkout logo

Upload an image to display your logo at the top of the checkout. Recommended format: PNG or SVG with a transparent background. The logo is shown to buyers throughout the purchase flow.

Checkout primary color

Set a hex color value (e.g. #E63946) to apply your brand color to buttons and interactive elements inside the checkout. Use a color with sufficient contrast against white backgrounds to keep the interface accessible.

The color input only appears after you add your own checkout logo.

When the custom branding appears

The custom checkout logo and primary color apply to all externally embedded or linked event checkout pages. Checkout pages accessed from Entase's own catalogue (including the organizer's profile page) always carry Entase's branding.

Trusted origins

The Trusted origins field accepts a list of origins (e.g. www.yoursite.com) that are allowed to communicate with the Entase checkout via postMessage. Add every domain that embeds the checkout widget or opens it in a pop-up window. Origins not on this list will have cross-window messages ignored.

Inline checkouts are also only allowed for trusted origins. If you don't add your domain as a trusted origin, the checkout integration will fall back to a pop-up window.

Whether you include the www prefix matters. If you are unsure which form your website uses, add it both ways to be safe.

Payment methods

The payment methods section lists every provider available on your account. Use the toggle next to each method to enable or disable it for your buyers at checkout. Disabled methods are hidden entirely — buyers will only see the options you have switched on.
