The General tab in your settings lets you update two foundational pieces of your partner profile: the display name that appears across Entase, and the URL handle that identifies your public profile page.
Accessing General settings
- In the main navigation, go to Settings.
- Select the General tab.
Changing your profile name
Your profile name is the display name shown to customers and partners throughout Entase.
- Locate the Profile Name field.
- Clear the current name and type the new one.
- Click Save to apply the change.
Note: Choose a name that clearly identifies your organization — it appears on tickets, confirmation emails, and your public profile page.
Changing your profile URL handle
Your URL handle is the unique slug that forms your public profile address (for example, entase.com/your-handle). You can customize it to match your brand.
- Locate the Profile URL field.
- Clear the current handle and enter your preferred one.
- Use only lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens.
- The handle must be unique across Entase; you will be notified if it is already taken.
- Click Save to confirm.
Important: Changing your handle immediately updates your public URL. Any previously shared or bookmarked links to the old handle will stop working, so make sure to update them after saving.
