Your personal account is your single entry point to Entase. Once logged in, you can access every partner profile you belong to — whether that is one organization or several.
Log in to your account
- Go to the Entase login page.
- Enter your Email address and Password.
- Click Log In.
You are taken to your dashboard, where you can see all partner profiles linked to your account.
Forgot your password? Click Forgot password? on the login page and follow the instructions sent to your email.
Create a new account
If you do not have a personal account yet, visit the Entase sign-up page to register. You will need a valid email address to complete registration.
Personal accounts and partner profiles
A personal account represents you as an individual. Separately, a partner profile represents an organization — a venue, promoter, or other entity — that uses Entase to manage events and ticketing.
One personal account can be connected to one or more partner profiles. This means:
- If you manage a single venue, your account gives you access to that one partner profile.
- If you work across multiple organizations, the same login gives you access to all of their partner profiles without needing separate credentials.
After logging in, select the partner profile you want to work in from your dashboard to continue.
