Use the top-right toolbar

The controls next to your name let you adjust your Entase interface, find help, and open ticket validation. To access the separate menu for your account settings, see Personal account settings.

From right to left, the toolbar includes the following controls:

Language selector

Select to choose your preferred UI language. Entase supports more than 20 languages, and new languages are added continuously.

Theme toggle

Select to choose the interface theme:

• Light
• Dark
• Auto — the default option, which follows your current operating system theme.

Help

Select to open a dropdown with two links:

• Knowledge Center — the fastest way to find information.
• Support — opens a contact form so you can contact the support team. The team will respond as soon as possible.

Ticket validation

Select to open the global ticket validation tool. Use it to validate tickets at the door. You can also open an event-specific validation tool from the event in Program.
