Your public profile is the organizer page ticket buyers see when they look you up. Add your organization’s details and images, then publish it when you are ready to make it live.
Set up your profile
- Open Settings and select the Public profile tab.
- Add a description to introduce your organization to ticket buyers.
- Upload your images:
- Profile photo: recommended size 600×600 px.
- Cover photo: recommended size 1440×533 px.
- Social media photo: optional; recommended size 1920×1080 px.
- Toggle Publish to make your public profile live.

Set your public profile URL
Your public profile also uses a URL handle. To update it, open General settings.
