# Personal account settings

> Learn how to open your personal settings and update your profile photo, name, and password in Entase.

Your personal settings let you manage the information tied to your Entase login, including your profile photo, name, and password.

## Open your account settings

1. Click your name in the top-right corner of any page.
2. Select **Settings** from the dropdown menu.

The dropdown also includes **Logout**. For the other controls next to your name in the top-right toolbar, see [Layout preferences](/organizers/personal-account/layout-preferences.md).

## Profile picture

1. Click **Change** below your profile photo.
2. In the popup, upload a photo and adjust the zoom and crop selection.
3. Click **Save** when you are ready.

To replace an existing photo, click **Delete** in the bottom-left corner of the popup first. You can then leave your profile without a photo or upload a new one. Click **Cancel** to revert your changes.

## Update your name

1. Click **Change** below your name.
2. Update your name.

## Change your email address

Email changes are currently locked. Contact the Entase support team if you need to change your email address.

## Change your password

1. In the password section, click **Change**.
2. Enter your new password.
3. Enter it again in the **Password confirmation** field.

## Things to keep in mind

- Your personal settings are separate from any organization-level settings you manage as an organizer.
- Contact Entase support if you need to change your email address or cannot access your account.
