# Transactions

> Learn the difference between released and unreleased transactions, when funds are released, and how to read the All and Statement views.

Your balance activity is built from individual transactions — one for each ticket sale, refund, or adjustment. Understanding how transactions move from **unreleased** to **released** helps you know when funds become available in your [wallet balance](/organizers/balance-payouts/balance-overview.md).

## Released vs unreleased transactions

Every transaction starts as **unreleased**. Funds are held temporarily to cover potential refunds or disputes before being credited to your wallet balance.

A transaction becomes **released** once the holding period has passed:

- **One-time events** — funds are released **48 hours after the event ends**.
- **Anytime events** (open-ended or on-demand experiences with no fixed end time) — funds are released **10 minutes after the transaction is made**.

Once released, the amount is added to your wallet and becomes available for payout.

To see the release status for each event, go to [Events balance](/organizers/balance-payouts/events-balance.md).

## The two transaction views

You can look at your transactions in two complementary ways.

### All

The **All** view lists every transaction sorted by date, giving you a complete, unfiltered record of all activity.

- **Released** transactions appear normally.
- **Unreleased** transactions are marked in **gray**, so you can instantly see which funds are still in the holding period.

Use this view when you need to find or audit a specific transaction.

### Statement

The **Statement** view is your wallet log. It shows only **released** transactions, ordered by **release time**, and displays your **running wallet balance** after each release.

Use this view to reconcile your wallet balance, verify that a specific release has been credited, or prepare financial records.
